Why shop at City Acres?

City Acres is different from any other market—it's a healthy grocery store with fresh and organic foods, as well as conventional products. We try to stock a broad range of items at competitive prices. We want to be a one-stop-shop for all your shopping needs. Also you can always taste anything you like at City Acres. Just kindly asked the manager and he/she will be happy to assist. Another unique aspect is that we have an in-store juice bar. JuiceBrothers offers cold-pressed juices, acai bowls, smoothies and more.

As a vendor, how can I apply to become a City Acres supplier?

City Acres regularly reviews interested new vendors and new products for every department. Please send us an email (info@cityacresmarket.com) and someone from our team will be in touch within two business days.

Does City Acres offer delivery?

Yes! Our flagship location delivers to Williamsburg and 70 Pine will deliver to the Financial District.

Do you carry organic meat?

Yes! We have a great variety of free-range, organic chicken and several outstanding organic cuts of meat.

Is everything organic?

No. We offer a lot of organic products—notably fruits and vegetables—as well as non-organic products. Most of our items contain natural ingredients. We do carry some conventional products to ensure we deliver value to our customers. Our goal is always to offer great values and find the right balance between quality ingredients, flavor and price.

What is the return policy of City Acres?

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it for you or refund your money.

What happens if I buy an expired product?

Come back to the store and we will happily replace it for you.

What if an advertised special is out of stock?

We pride ourselves on carrying a good supply of advertised merchandise, but sometimes, unforeseen factors can cause us to run out of an item, or to be unable to get more of the item in a timely fashion. In both of these cases, we are happy to offer you a substitute.

Why did my favorite item disappear?

We do all we can to accommodate our customer’s product needs, within the bounds of store shelf space and product availability. Sometimes an item is not selling well--other times it might just be out stock. In most circumstances, unless the item is no longer being manufactured, we can likely special order a case of the item for you. It's always to your advantage to have your store manager check this out for you.
